Still sunny and warm in Edmonton. We're just off to do some food shopping and visit the art gallery. Roger's going to cook his famous mushroom risotto tonight.

In the morning we're off bright and early to Debbie and Ernie's lakeside house - I've told everyone it's a log cabin in the woods but it's actually a beautiful big house on the edge of a lake. When Debbie retires next year they plan to sell the house here in Edmonton and move there, until eventually building a house on the edge of another lake near Brandon, Manitoba - Ernie's birth place.

Before that they're coming to England and France, probably in September next year. Woo-hoo.
